Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong, commercially minded Digital Marketing Specialist to drive qualified pipeline and revenue across seven Middle East markets. The role combines hands‑on execution with analytical thinking to connect marketing activities directly to business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise B2B acquisition campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including budgeting, bidding, audience targeting and creative performance.
• Own Zoho CRM configuration, lead assignment, scoring models and integration with website forms, landing pages and advertising channels.
• Manage technical SEO, keyword research and AI‑search visibility for the GPTW Middle East website.
• Analyse visitor behaviour with Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity and implement CRO tests to improve landing‑page conversion rates.
• Develop executive dashboards in Zoho Analytics or Looker Studio to track full‑funnel metrics and provide budget allocation recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of B2B performance marketing and lead‑generation experience.
• Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue through digital campaigns.
• Experience managing multi‑market campaigns, preferably across GCC and Middle East markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to link marketing activities to revenue outcomes.
