Digital Marketing Specialist – Healthcare

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the company’s social media presence within the healthcare sector, creating engaging visual content and driving audience interaction across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts by producing tailored visual content for each platform.
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Design graphics, multimedia assets, and promotional materials for campaigns, posts, and advertisements.
• Conceptualize and produce visually compelling designs for social media campaigns and brand promotions.
• Plan, manage, and optimise paid boosting campaigns to increase reach and brand visibility.
• Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
• Schedule and publish social media content for each brand in the division, aligning with marketing calendars.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in content creation, graphic design, and social media management.
• Proficiency in digital illustration and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent photography skills with an eye for composition.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to monitor and measure social media performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.
