Digital Marketing Specialist (AI-Driven Content & Growth)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to boost NN Rent A Car’s online presence using AI‑driven content and growth strategies. The position is primarily remote with night‑shift hours and occasional onsite work in Antelias.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging social media posts, stories and reels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google using AI tools.
• Write compelling captions, calls‑to‑action and marketing copy in English.
• Maintain content calendars and schedule posts consistently.
• Research trends, keywords, hashtags and platform algorithms to optimise reach.
• Design and run lead‑generation campaigns, monitoring performance and making data‑driven adjustments.
• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Track analytics, benchmark competitors and report campaign results.
• Provide night‑time operational support: handle urgent client requests, coordinate with drivers and assist customer‑service teams.

Required profile

• Proven digital‑marketing experience with a portfolio of past work.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
• Strong ability to prompt AI tools for content creation.
• Solid understanding of SEO and keyword research.
• Excellent English copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset, high attention to detail and ability to work independently during night hours.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM is a plus.
