Digital Account Manager – Arabic (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Account Manager fluent in Arabic to serve as the primary strategic partner for high‑ticket clients. You will lead weekly strategy calls, analyse funnel performance and work closely with our creative and media teams to deliver high‑converting direct‑response campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the growth advisor for key client accounts, hosting strategy reviews and KPI discussions.
• Audit conversion funnels from ad click‑through rates to landing‑page and messaging performance.
• Translate client objectives into detailed creative briefs for copy, design, media buying and development teams.
• Collaborate with internal leads and AI workflow tools to generate new ad angles, copy frameworks and retargeting logic.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve CAC, ROAS, CVR and CPL metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance‑marketing agencies, DTC e‑commerce or direct‑response environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose performance drops and propose solutions.
• Excellent client communication skills in idiomatic Arabic and professional English.
• Comfortable using modern marketing platforms and AI tools for research and strategy.
