Demand Planning Officer

About the role

The Demand Planning Officer will join MADI International’s dynamic team to drive accurate forecasting and inventory planning across multiple brands, products and channels. You will ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory, supporting the company’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain precise demand forecasts for all product lines and sales channels.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and supply‑chain teams to align demand plans with commercial targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify risks of stock‑outs or overstock and propose corrective actions.
• Manage replenishment planning and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee timely product availability.
• Analyse demand and inventory data, produce regular reports and drive continuous improvement of the planning process.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in demand planning, supply‑chain, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven data‑interpretation abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Experience with ERP and forecasting tools such as SAP or Oracle.
