About the role
EL DANA GROUP is launching a new café/deli in downtown Beirut and seeks a highly skilled Deli & International Sandwich Chef. You will lead the kitchen team, create innovative sandwich menus, and ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a diverse range of international sandwich and gourmet deli offerings.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- Organize the kitchen workflow to maximize efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in deli kitchens and international sandwich preparation.
- Experience with well‑known restaurants, cafés, hotels, or reputable food establishments.
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure.
