About the role

We are looking for a Junior to Mid‑Level Cytoscreener to evaluate cellular samples such as Pap smears, fine‑needle aspirates and body fluids for abnormalities and early cancer detection. The role is based in the Levant (Lebanon or Jordan) and involves frequent travel to support laboratory sites across the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

Screen gynecological and non‑gynecological slides under a microscope.
Classify cases using standard cytology systems and flag abnormal results for the pathologist.
Troubleshoot screening results and optimise laboratory protocols.
Travel to regional clinics and labs to provide workflow support, set‑ups and training.

Required profile

1–5 years of clinical cytoscreening experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or a related field.
Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken); French is a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel 30‑40 % within the region.
