Customer Service Representative – Play Le Mall

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the front‑line ambassador for guests at Play Le Mall, ensuring a smooth, safe and enjoyable experience. You will handle inquiries, promote offers, process payments and maintain the cash‑handling area.

Key responsibilities

• Promote marketing tools, packages and Cosmocity® features to guests.
• Answer telephone calls professionally and explain location rules and game play.
• Maintain accurate records of service deficiencies, complaints and incidents.
• Operate point‑of‑sale systems, receive various payment methods and reconcile cash drawers at shift start and end.
• Monitor and control inventory in the cashier/redemption area, ensuring compliance with safety and presentation standards.
• Keep all apparatus clean, safe, secure and fully functional; report issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with fire‑safety, evacuation plans and minor incident handling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of customer‑service or cash‑handling experience.
• Strong command of English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 quality and safety standards is a plus.
