About the role
Quiqup is looking for an entry‑level Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for partners, merchants, shoppers and riders across the MENA region and beyond. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless post‑checkout experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for partners, merchants, shoppers and riders, responding to requests, complaints and compliments with empathy and professionalism.
- Explain Quiqup’s operational procedures, policies and service details clearly to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics by liaising between partners and internal operations, troubleshooting delivery challenges in real time.
- Act as an escalation point for delivery issues, working with internal teams and logistics partners to find solutions.
- Maintain communication between drivers and end‑customers, updating addresses and ensuring successful deliveries.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Comfortable handling multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritising tasks.
- Willingness to collaborate across departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
