Customer Care Center Agent – Overnight Shift, Jounieh

About the role

Local Host, a proptech company managing over 700 units across Lebanon, Greece, Cyprus and KSA, is hiring a Guest Relations Agent for its overnight shift in Jounieh. The agent ensures guests have an exceptional stay by following up after check-in, answering inquiries and resolving concerns and complaints promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Contact guests shortly after check-in to ask about their experience and ensure their comfort and satisfaction
• Act as the main point of contact for guest complaints or concerns and resolve them as quickly as possible
• Maintain clear, professional communication with guests by phone, email and in person
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve guest issues quickly
• Gather guest feedback and report it to management so services can improve

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management or a related field
• Proven experience in guest services or a similar role
• Able to work under pressure, flexible and able to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented, able to handle several tasks at once
