CRM Manager & Client Engagement Specialist (Architecture & Design)

About the role

Architecture BP is looking for a CRM Manager & Client Engagement Specialist to own the full client relationship lifecycle across its architecture and design projects. The role bridges client interactions, design teams and project managers to ensure a seamless, professional experience from lead capture to project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the firm’s CRM platform, keeping client, lead and project records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Track, analyse and report on business‑development pipelines, proposals and engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with architects, product architects and project managers to align client communications with project milestones and design intent.
• Support onboarding of new clients, handling documentation, scheduling and initial coordination.
• Develop, refine and automate CRM workflows, dashboards and reporting tools to improve team efficiency.
• Assist in preparing client‑facing proposals, presentations and other materials in collaboration with the design team.
• Analyse client and market data to identify new business opportunities and support strategic planning.
• Facilitate communication between commercial and residential architecture teams to ensure alignment on client priorities and project schedules.

Required profile

• Based in the UAE with a valid UAE residence visa.
• Available to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours consistently (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
• Familiarity with UAE corporate tax regulations and related compliance requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in CRM management, business development or client relations, preferably within architecture, engineering, construction or real‑estate sectors.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
