Corporate Brand Manager – Beauty Industry (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Brand Manager to strengthen the market presence of leading beauty and lifestyle brands. Working remotely from Lebanon, you will act as the central hub between brand principals, suppliers, and internal teams to drive commercial and marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for brand principals, aligning on strategy, launches, and marketing direction.
• Develop annual brand plans, budgets, and activity calendars with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage brand P&L, pricing strategy, assortment planning, and positioning.
• Monitor sell‑in/sell‑out performance, conduct quarterly business reviews, and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Demand Planning, and Sales teams on order cycles, stock health, and forecasting.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns in line with global guidelines, coordinating creative, digital, PR, and retail activation.
• Oversee brand asset adaptations, ensure timely execution, and track ROI.
• Lead and mentor Brand Executives, delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or FMCG/beauty sector.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work remotely with cross‑functional, multinational teams.
• High attention to detail, agility, and ownership mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with market and brand analysis tools.
