Content Writer – Editorial & Quality (Agency Experience Preferred)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Content Writer to produce high‑quality editorial material for our agency clients. The role focuses on creating engaging social media copy, thought‑leadership pieces, blog posts, video scripts and other formats that align with client briefs and brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling content that resonates with target audiences across organic social media, blogs, and other channels.
• Write, edit, and refine copy while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging standards.
• Research industry topics using reliable sources, interviews and studies.
• Review and improve content produced by other writers for accuracy, clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to brainstorm and conceptualise ideas.
• Monitor content performance metrics and apply insights to future projects.
• Take ownership of content‑related challenges and propose proactive solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter, preferably in an agency setting.
• Exceptional command of English grammar, style and tone.
• Portfolio of published articles and proven ability to write for international audiences.
• Experience creating thought‑leadership content for brands or executives.
• Strong research skills and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
