Content Creator – Instagram Growth & Sales (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Content Creator who will turn AdsLabs’ Instagram channel into a direct sales pipeline. You will design, produce and optimise short‑form video content that moves followers through a growth funnel and generates qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Map and manage Instagram growth funnels from awareness to conversion.
• Produce compelling short‑form video content that aligns with funnel stages.
• Generate qualified leads directly from Instagram and hand them over to sales.
• Analyse performance data and continuously iterate content and funnel strategies.

Required profile

• Proven agency experience scaling Instagram growth with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of the Instagram discovery‑to‑DM‑to‑deal journey.
• Sales‑oriented mindset focused on conversions rather than vanity metrics.
• Fast, test‑and‑iterate approach to short‑form content production.
• Self‑driven hustle and ownership of outcomes.
