Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Construction Manager to lead complex, multi‑functional construction projects in Beirut, Lebanon. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary site supervision teams to deliver large‑scale projects across various sectors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies, monitoring progress and addressing deviations.
• Oversee construction management activities including quality assurance, cost management, and contractual compliance.
• Monitor contractor performance, enforce health and safety standards, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Analyze project data to identify risks and opportunities, and implement innovative solutions for optimal delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional chartered status or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive construction management experience on large, complex projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software.
• Experience using CAD applications.
• Familiarity with construction management tools and cost control systems.
