About the role
The UNDP Lebanon, through the Rule of Law Project, seeks a qualified civil engineer to supervise the design and implementation of works at the ISF station in Bourj Hammoud, ensuring the facility becomes user‑friendly for the local community.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with the UNDP project team and the ISF focal point to schedule meetings and align on project milestones.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, validate interventions with ISF authorities, and provide technical support as needed.
- Oversee the implementation of design works in line with ISF technical standards and UNDP guidelines.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience delivering civil engineering or architectural services.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Civil engineering design and supervision.
- Site inspection and technical validation.
- Coordination with governmental and UN agencies.
