Construction Manager – Building Rehabilitation

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of a building rehabilitation project on‑site. This full‑time position ensures that all works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all site operations from mobilization through handover.
• Develop and monitor construction programmes, resource plans and work sequences.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP and specialist trades.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, supervisors and site teams.
• Identify and resolve project risks, including unforeseen conditions.
• Review construction drawings, method statements, shop drawings and material submittals.
• Conduct site meetings, inspections and ensure HSE compliance.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a senior site‑leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering building rehabilitation, refurbishment or restoration projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, site logistics and project delivery controls.
