Commercial Executive-Brand Management

About the role

MADI International is seeking a Brand Commercial Executive to support the Brand Manager in driving commercial performance, optimizing inventory health, and coordinating activities across departments and markets. The role is analytical, detail‑oriented and fully remote, based in Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Brand Manager with sales forecasts, demand planning and pricing, promotions, and assortment planning.
• Monitor daily sell‑in and sell‑out performance, prepare weekly commercial reports and track order confirmations and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate inventory and supply activities with Demand Planning, manage stock levels, slow‑moving items, reordering cycles and product lifecycle updates.
• Assist with clearance and liquidation planning for discontinued SKUs.
• Prepare monthly sales, stock and forecast accuracy reports, consolidate sell‑through data across markets and update principal KPIs.
• Help create Quarterly Business Review presentations.
• Collaborate with Demand Planners, Finance, Marketing and principals on purchase orders, inventory management, campaigns and product updates.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial, supply chain or brand‑related roles.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in beauty, FMCG or retail sectors is a plus.
• Based in Lebanon and able to work remotely.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
