About the role

This full-time, on-site position is for a Clinic Receptionist based in Kuwait City. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere while supporting the clinic’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and visitors, managing check-in and check-out procedures.
Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records.
Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, faxing, and managing office supplies.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely information exchange.

Required profile

Excellent communication and active-listening abilities.
Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
Organized with attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a medical front-desk or administrative role is a plus.

Required skills

Clerical skills including appointment management, data entry, and filing.
