Chef Cuisine – Lead Kitchen Operations

About the role

SUD Restobar is looking for an experienced Chef Cuisine to head its kitchen in Rabieh. You will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards, creating innovative menus, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage kitchen staff, schedules, and performance.
• Develop and update menus aligned with the restaurant concept.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Train and mentor kitchen team members.
• Ensure efficient workflow during service hours.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creativity and passion for culinary excellence.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
