CCTV Systems Operations & Technical Supervisor

About the role

MEDCO is seeking a CCTV Systems Operations & Technical Supervisor to join its IT team. You will oversee deployment, configuration, monitoring and support of enterprise video surveillance across multiple sites, ensuring high availability and compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and maintain CCTV and Video Management Systems (VMS) across the organization.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot network and hardware issues, and manage system upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders for installations and maintenance.
• Ensure data integrity through proper storage, backup and cybersecurity practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience with CCTV systems, IT infrastructure or related technical roles.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.

Required skills

• CCTV and VMS expertise (Hikvision preferred).
• IP networking, system administration and access management.
• Storage, backup and data integrity management.
• Cybersecurity best practices.
• Vision AI, video analytics or AI‑powered surveillance experience.
