Catering Sales Executive

About the role

Fleur de Lys, one of Lebanon's leading catering houses, is looking for a dynamic, ambitious and results-driven Catering Sales Executive to join its team in Beirut. The role covers developing new business, managing client relationships and turning inquiries into confirmed events in both private and corporate markets. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the private and corporate events markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, private customers, event planners and other partners.
• Manage inquiries, prepare tailored proposals and quotations, and follow up effectively.
• Hold client meetings, give presentations, visit sites and negotiate to secure bookings.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and update client data in the company's CRM system.
• Work with culinary and operations teams so proposals meet client expectations.
• Achieve sales targets and represent the brand professionally at networking events.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in catering, event or banquet sales or related hospitality sales.
• Proven ability to generate new business, build client relationships, negotiate and close sales.
• Good knowledge of the Lebanese corporate and private events market.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a strong advantage.
• Flexibility to attend client meetings and events outside regular hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to handle several inquiries at once.
