Catering Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Catering Sales Executive to join a growing food & beverage business in Lebanon. The role focuses on generating new catering business, building corporate and private client relationships, and converting enquiries into confirmed events and long‑term accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate, private and event clients, including companies, venues and institutions.
• Manage incoming catering enquiries and turn opportunities into confirmed bookings.
• Develop proposals, quotations and customized catering packages.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits as required.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and nurture existing accounts for repeat business.
• Coordinate with operations, kitchen and event teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Understand client budgets, event requirements, menus and service expectations.
• Negotiate commercial terms while protecting profitability.
• Follow up consistently on proposals and outstanding opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines and forecasts.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and opportunities within the Lebanese catering and hospitality sector.

Required profile

• Previous experience in catering sales, F&B sales, hospitality sales, hotel sales, events or business development.
• Strong commercial and client‑facing capabilities with a proven ability to generate leads and convert them into revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Good understanding of catering operations and event requirements.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple enquiries and events simultaneously.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
• Existing relationships within Lebanon’s corporate, hospitality or events market is an advantage.
