Category Manager

About the role

Toters is a fast‑growing on‑demand e‑commerce and delivery platform seeking a Category Manager to lead supplier relationships and drive profitability across product categories. You will act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, negotiate contracts, and shape long‑term strategies that align with our high‑growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead contact for all suppliers, negotiate new contracts and manage margins.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting supplier relationships based on trust and respect.
• Analyze data and market insights to identify industry and consumer trends.
• Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to senior management.
• Develop long‑term strategies for product categories to maximize visibility and revenue.
• Prepare reports on category positioning and pricing.
• Collaborate with marketing to define competitive pricing and promotional activities.
• Resolve supplier complaints and improve related processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Category Manager or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience in FMCG is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
