About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional cashier. The role involves processing customer transactions accurately, handling both cash and electronic payments diligently, and providing a superior standard of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately process customer transactions and receipts of payment
- Handle cash, check, and credit card transactions with customers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Efficiently manage customer inquiries and issues promptly
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas while ensuring no customer is left unattended
Required profile
- Strong numerical proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments
- Outstanding customer service skills
