Caregiver / Companion – Non‑Skilled Home Care

About the role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as non‑skilled caregivers. In this role you will provide companionship and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Support daily routines, mobility, and overall well‑being.
• Give reminders for self‑administered medications.
• Observe and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for each client.
• Communicate availability and schedule updates as required.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Pass background check and required screenings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Preferred: 6–12 months of caregiving or related experience, CNA or healthcare‑related training, experience with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
