About the role

We are seeking an experienced Career Services Guide to join our remote team. You will research diverse professional fields and guide clients through their career journeys, providing tailored support from CV strategy to interview preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Research various professional fields and create informative briefs for internal use.
• Conduct in‑depth onboarding sessions to understand clients' backgrounds and career goals.
• Identify suitable job titles and develop customized CV structures.
• Design and deliver interview training programs tailored to each client.
• Interview industry recruiters to gather insights and inform client strategies.
• Plan daily job‑application schedules across multiple platforms and monitor application statuses.
• Address client objections, refine strategies, and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, career counseling, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Exceptional customer service and client‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with seamless bilingual communication.
• Highly extroverted, quick‑thinking, and detail‑oriented.
• Adaptable to rapidly changing tasks and priorities.
