Call Center Operator – Customer Service & Assistance

About the role

Securite Assurance is seeking a motivated Call Center Operator to join its customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, coordinating assistance requests, and ensuring a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in line with company service standards.
• Coordinate claims and roadside assistance requests, guaranteeing accurate and timely delivery.
• Conduct follow‑up and feedback calls, document findings and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain clear, professional verbal and written communication with clients, service providers and partners.
• Review medical and travel assistance cases, applying policy coverage rules, medical necessity criteria and ICD codes.

Required profile

• TS, LT or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nursing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call‑center operations, medical assistance, insurance or a similar environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ICD coding for medical case assessment.
