Business Development Executive - B2B Outreach

About the role

A Business Development Executive is needed to generate new business opportunities with leading consulting firms across Europe through personalized email and LinkedIn outreach. The role suits someone with strong B2B sales development experience, excellent English, and the ability to build relationships with senior professionals at international organizations. It is based in Beirut Digital District (BDD) with four days on site and one day remote.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound campaigns to win new clients and project opportunities with consulting and professional services firms.
• Research priority accounts and identify consultants, managers, directors and partners to target.
• Build personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages and run multi-step outreach sequences and follow-ups.
• Find consultants needing external experts for market research, due diligence, strategic consulting or investment decisions, and sell the expert sourcing solution.
• Qualify leads and connect interested consultants with account management and client services.
• Use HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Apollo and similar tools to manage leads and track performance.
• Test and improve prospecting strategies and messaging, and collaborate with commercial leadership to hit weekly targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years in B2B sales development, outbound prospecting or a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Experience with international companies and senior professionals outside Lebanon; selling to consulting firms is an advantage.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Proven success in cold email, LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation.

Required skills

• Sales sequencing, email personalization, follow-up and account-based prospecting.
• HubSpot or equivalent CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist or Apollo.
• Strong research, analytical and networking skills.
