Brand Partnerships & Monetization Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Partnerships & Monetization Manager to own and scale the full revenue engine for a fast‑growing influencer brand. You will drive all non‑platform ad income, working directly with talent and their content team to secure sponsorships, affiliate revenue, licensing deals and new digital product streams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of brand sponsorships, from single‑post deals to long‑term ambassador programs.
• Prospect, pitch, negotiate rates, usage rights and exclusivity terms, and oversee the full deal lifecycle.
• Identify, onboard and optimise high‑performing affiliate programs; set up tracking, promo codes and attribution.
• Scope, launch and prioritise additional income streams such as digital courses, merch, paid communities and speaking fees.
• Maintain a live CRM of all deals, produce monthly revenue reports and present quarterly monetisation strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years in influencer/creator monetisation, talent management or brand partnerships (agency or in‑house).
• Proven track record of closing 5‑6‑figure brand deals with documented results.
• Strong negotiation skills and analytical mindset focused on CPM, conversion rates and margins.
• Excellent written communication for pitch decks and brand proposals.
• Self‑directed and comfortable being measured against revenue targets.

Required skills

• Experience with affiliate platforms such as LTK, ShareASale, Impact or CJ.
• Familiarity with content platform economics on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
