Brand Manager - Luxury Watches & Jewelry

About the role

The Brand Manager for Luxury Watches & Jewelry will lead the strategic and commercial development of a portfolio of high‑end watch and jewellery brands. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape brand strategy, manage supplier relationships and drive profitable growth across all sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement annual brand strategies and business plans, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market priorities.
• Act as primary liaison with brand suppliers, maintaining proactive relationships and negotiating distribution agreements.
• Own sales, margin, profitability and budgeting for the assigned portfolio; set targets and monitor performance.
• Analyse market trends and competitive activity, taking corrective actions to optimise pricing, assortment and inventory.
• Develop buying and assortment plans, manage seasonal orders, replenishment and special‑order processes.
• Coordinate product launches, events, partnerships and brand experiences with Marketing and Retail teams.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting, collaborating with Finance, Operations and After‑Sales.
• Support client acquisition, retention and high‑potential collector programmes through Retail and CRM initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management within the luxury watch or jewellery sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and profit growth.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with suppliers and cross‑functional partners.
• Ability to analyse data, market trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability across buying, pricing and activation.
