Branch Manager, Sales Associate, and Stock Keeper – Retail Positions

About the role

Belinda Atelier is expanding its retail team across several locations in Lebanon. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill three key positions – Branch Manager, Sales Associate, and Stock Keeper – to support our fashion‑focused stores.

Key responsibilities

• Branch Manager: Oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, achieve sales targets and KPIs, and manage inventory and visual presentation.
• Sales Associate: Assist customers with styling recommendations, maintain visual merchandising standards, support sales objectives, handle cashier duties when needed, and deliver a positive shopping experience.
• Stock Keeper: Organize and manage stock inventory, receive and arrange merchandise, monitor stock levels and report shortages, keep the stockroom clean and orderly, and support overall store operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
