Bilingual Service Coordinator & Dispatcher (French/English) – Remote

About the role

This remote, full‑time position supports a growing plumbing and drainage company in Quebec. As the first point of contact for customers, you will manage inbound calls in French and English, schedule jobs, and dispatch technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in both languages, providing a calm and professional experience.
• Classify requests, book appointments, and dispatch field technicians using Jobber.
• Coordinate daily with field crews, adjust schedules for emergencies, and keep everyone informed.
• Prepare invoices, process billing, and follow up on payments.
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records in the field‑service management software and VoIP system.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in French and English, including Quebec French accents.
• 3–5 years of phone‑based customer service or coordination experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and backup power solution for the full shift.
• Quiet home‑office environment suitable for continuous calls.

Required skills

• Experience with Jobber or similar field‑service software.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or comparable accounting tools.
• Proficiency with VoIP phone systems.
