Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Arabic/English) – Weekend

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Arabic and English. The role is focused on handling customer inquiries via calls, texts, and chat, primarily on weekends, and supports our multicultural, remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and chat inquiries from customers in English.
• Respond promptly to questions, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Record and track interactions using internal CRM or support systems.
• Follow up on pending requests to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Maintain a courteous, respectful, and supportive tone in all communications.
• Meet daily performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or chat support preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle high message/call volumes efficiently.
• Professional attitude, patience, and commitment to outstanding service.

Required skills

• Experience with WhatsApp Business or Meta inboxes for companies.
• Basic computer literacy and fast typing speed.
• Familiarity with CRM or support ticket systems.
