Banquet Sales Executive

About the role

Le Gray Hotel is seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused Banquet Sales Executive to join its Commercial team. You will be responsible for driving banquet and event sales, from initial inquiry through successful execution, ensuring memorable conferences, meetings, weddings and social events.

Key responsibilities

• Generate banquet and event sales while maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and social clients.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and event orders with accuracy and timely follow‑up.
• Coordinate with Sales, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Reservations and other operational departments to deliver seamless events.
• Manage event inquiries, client communications and departmental administration.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow the hotel’s Conference & Events business.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Banquet Sales, Conference & Events, or Hotel Sales within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Familiarity with event management systems.
