Arabic-Speaking Account Manager – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Account Manager to act as the strategic growth partner for high‑ticket clients of our performance‑marketing agency. You will lead client communications, analyse campaign data and work closely with media buyers, copywriters and developers to scale results.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of high‑value clients, conducting regular performance calls and KPI reviews.
• Audit and optimise every stage of the funnel, from ad click‑through rates to landing‑page conversions and post‑click engagement.
• Translate client objectives into clear creative briefs and campaign strategies for internal teams.
• Collaborate with media‑buying and creative leads to test new ad angles, copy frameworks and retargeting logic.
• Leverage AI‑driven workflow tools to accelerate research, reporting and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance‑marketing agencies, DTC e‑commerce or direct‑response environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose metric drops and propose actionable solutions.
• Fluent in idiomatic Arabic and professional English, comfortable presenting to founders and business leaders.
• Proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, remote‑first culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude for research and strategy generation.
