About the role
The Annuities Assistant supports the management of patent annuity renewals across multiple jurisdictions. You will coordinate records, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely communication with agents and clients worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain records for assigned tasks using a dedicated system, setting up reminders for payments and deadlines.
- Handle annual patent annuity renewals, generate related reports, and correspond with agents and clients globally.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide assistance throughout the annuity payment process.
- Research jurisdictional requirements, docket information, and support the payment workflow.
- Perform quality reviews of docket updates and correct database entries as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong command of English and Arabic.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
