Agency Sales Force Trainer

About the role

ADIR is seeking an experienced Agency Sales Force Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for its agency sales teams. The role combines deep insurance knowledge with strong coaching abilities to boost agents' performance and ensure consistent product expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the agency sales force.
• Develop training content covering sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service, and insurance regulations.
• Coach and support agents on a regular basis to enhance their sales results.
• Assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and adjust curricula accordingly.
• Stay up‑to‑date on insurance products, market trends, and best‑practice sales methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage sales teams.
• Good knowledge of insurance products and sales practices.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
