Affiliate Manager – Performance Marketing

About the role

Mindshare is looking for an Affiliate Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of performance‑marketing campaigns across affiliate networks and direct publisher partnerships. You will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data‑driven strategies while ensuring accurate tracking, attribution and measurement of results.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise web and app‑based performance campaigns across multiple commercial models (CPI, CPL, CPA, RevShare, CPS, Hybrid).
• Implement and maintain Server‑to‑Server (S2S) postback integrations and web pixel tracking.
• Work with Mobile Measurement Partners (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Kochava) to ensure reliable attribution.
• Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot conversion discrepancies and report on KPI achievement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on strategy, creative assets and measurement frameworks.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing performance marketing campaigns for web and mobile.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise for ROI.
• Proven track record of working with affiliate networks and direct publisher relationships.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
