About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the daily support operations of our organization. In this role you will lead a team of professionals across multiple departments, ensuring that administrative processes are efficient, well‑coordinated and aligned with company objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and continuously improve administrative procedures and systems.
- Identify and implement process‑streamlining initiatives to boost efficiency.
- Recruit, train and allocate staff, as well as manage office space assignments.
- Monitor and assess team performance, providing coaching and guidance to maximise productivity.
Required profile
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- In‑depth knowledge of departmental procedures and policies.
- Proactive mindset with a track record of discovering more efficient ways of working.
- Leadership experience in managing administrative teams.
