About the role
CIS Group, an ICT company based in Jal El Dib, is seeking an ambitious Accounts Receivable Officer to join its dynamic team in Beirut. You will manage incoming payments, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and generate aging reports for management.
- Assist in month‑end closing activities related to receivables.
- Review and validate new customer account applications, perform credit checks, and set credit limits.
- Maintain and update customer master data to ensure accuracy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- More than 4 years of relevant accounts receivable experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
