Accounting & Tax Associate

About the role

AstroLabs is expanding its Accounting & Tax service line to support high‑growth companies entering the Saudi and UAE markets. The Accounting & Tax Associate will manage a portfolio of KSA (and growing UAE) clients, delivering end‑to‑end accounting, tax compliance and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full accounting and tax coordination for a dedicated client portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Prepare and review VAT, Withholding Tax and Corporate Income Tax filings for KSA clients, and support UAE tax matters as the portfolio expands.
• Advise on Transfer Pricing documentation and ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations and e‑invoicing requirements.
• Perform day‑to‑day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and generate client‑ready financial reports using ERP systems.
• Contribute to scalable internal processes, document best practices and support knowledge transfer within the team.

Required profile

• Experienced accounting and tax professional with a proven track record in the Saudi market.
• Hands‑on experience with VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax and Transfer Pricing.
• Ability to manage multiple client deadlines and build trusted, long‑term relationships.
• UAE tax exposure is a plus.
