About the role

Fadel Trading Company, founded in 1995, is a limited liability company growing fresh fruit such as bananas, citrus, stone fruits and avocados, supplying high-quality produce to local and international markets. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Accountant in Kadmous, Tyre, to support its financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Record and reconcile financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare invoices and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare financial statements and reports, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Work closely with management to provide accurate financial data, support audits and help improve financial controls and processes.

Required profile

• Solid skills in general accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Experience in agriculture, food trading or a similar industry is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of local tax and compliance regulations.
