Accountant – Full-time, On-site in Beirut

About the role

ICONNECT SAL is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join its finance team in Beirut. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the company’s web and marketing services by ensuring accurate financial operations and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and process improvements.
• Support external audits, tax filings, and compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to provide financial insights.

Required profile

• Strong accounting fundamentals and experience with GL, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Lebanese tax regulations and statutory filing requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA or similar certification is a plus.
• Relevant experience in a services or digital/marketing agency environment.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
