Account Manager – Social Media & Digital

About the role

Digitaly is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive social media campaigns. The role blends client interaction, strategic planning, and project execution in a fast‑growing creative agency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, handling day‑to‑day communication.
• Translate client goals into clear creative and strategic briefs and oversee campaign planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and content teams to ensure high‑quality output and meet deadlines.
• Track performance of social campaigns, provide insights, and recommend optimisations.
• Manage timelines, approvals, budgets, and anticipate client needs to drive account growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, client servicing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Facebook) and paid media basics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Russian; experience in real estate, lifestyle or luxury sectors is a plus.
