Senior Trade Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Senior Trade Marketing Coordinator to bridge brand strategy and retail execution. You will design, coordinate and execute trade marketing campaigns, in‑store activations and POS materials across our retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand strategies into localized trade marketing plans and manage the promotional calendar with sales and buying teams.
• Plan and oversee retail pop‑ups, window displays, seasonal promotions and product launches to maximise visibility.
• Oversee design, production and distribution of POS materials, ensuring visual standards are maintained across all retail doors.
• Build strong relationships with key retail accounts and provide sales teams with training and toolkits for flawless execution.
• Assist in managing the trade marketing budget and analyse ROI, footfall impact and sell‑through data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing or brand management, preferably in fast‑paced FMCG, fashion or multi‑brand distribution.
• Strong commercial awareness, understanding of retail math, inventory flow and sell‑through drivers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
