Web Coordinator – E‑commerce & Social Media

About the role

The Web Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the online presence of Maison Pink, a retail store located in Metro Mall. The role combines website management, e‑commerce order processing, and the creation of engaging social‑media content to drive sales and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Update the company website with current products, stock levels, prices, promotions and banners.
• Process and monitor online orders, ensuring product information is accurate.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain product descriptions, images, SEO content and overall website performance.
• Identify and resolve website issues such as broken links or missing content.
• Manage and support the brand’s social‑media accounts.
• Create, film and edit short‑form videos for Reels, TikTok and other platforms.
• Develop creative content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Track basic performance metrics using GA4, Meta Business Suite and other analytics tools.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Excel and Google productivity tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento.
• Basic proficiency with Canva and Photoshop.
• Good understanding of social‑media platforms and current trends.
• Ability to shoot and edit short‑form video content.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and creative.
