Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate stock control, and drive team performance in a fast‑paced distribution environment. The role is hands‑on, requiring oversight of receiving, storage, order fulfillment and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to procedures.
• Oversee receiving of containers, verify quantities, monitor product quality and manage damaged goods.
• Extract sales orders from the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and coordinate replenishments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock rotation, expiry monitoring, and regular physical counts.
• Allocate tasks, coach and motivate the warehouse team, and monitor performance against targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, warehouse policies and handle claims for damaged products.
• Coordinate with the Inventory Control team for annual counts and manage returned product processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse operations, with proven warehouse management experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, receiving, storage, replenishment and delivery processes.
• High attention to detail, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
