Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Lebanon. The role ensures smooth inbound and outbound logistics, accurate inventory control, and compliance with local shipping and customs regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts and stock tracking.
• Coordinate deliveries, manage fleet scheduling and oversee logistics across Lebanese operations.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as stock accuracy, order fulfillment and dispatch timelines.
• Ensure compliance with Lebanese shipping, customs and regulatory documentation.
• Work with freight forwarders, transport companies and customs brokers.
• Maintain warehouse organization, safety standards and cleanliness.
• Use logistics/shipping online portals for tracking, documentation and regulatory submissions.
• Prepare regular warehouse reports for management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese shipping, customs and local logistics procedures.
• Valid Lebanese driving licence.
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving and team‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with logistics online portals.
• Familiarity with ERP stock systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle systems (a plus).
