Visual Merchandiser – Retail Store

About the role

The Visual Merchandiser will support the Visual Merchandising team at ALO in Beirut, ensuring that store standards, product presentation, and stock operations are executed efficiently. This role combines visual merchandising duties with stockroom and inventory support to maintain a clean, organized, and brand‑aligned store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing visual merchandising guidelines in line with brand standards.
• Support window displays, floor layouts, product placement, and store appearance.
• Replenish the shop floor promptly, coordinating with sales staff to locate and deliver requested products.
• Help with receiving, unpacking, tagging, storing merchandise, and maintaining stockroom organization.
• Participate in inventory counts, cycle counts, stock transfers, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with the Stock Lead, VM team, and sales staff to ensure smooth stock flow and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail stockroom and visual merchandising experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail.
• Knowledge of stock handling, replenishment, and basic inventory procedures.
